Cancellation Policy

Lily & Fred Hair & Beauty enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% for any no-shows and late cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment. Note you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your appointment.

As the fee is not charged for successful appointments you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is complete.
